- Ilaychi powder -3 pinch
BALUSAHI ke liye
- Maida- 2 cup
- Ghee - 1/2 cup
- Dahi- 1 tea spoon
- Baking soda - 1pinch
- Dudh- 1 cup
- Oil
Vidhi -
Sabse phle hum sugar syrup banayege uske liye ek pan me sugar lenge or pani dalege or 5 min bad ilaychi powder dalege use 10 min tk hone denge or 1 tar /1 drop syrup chek krege finger tip ke throw or jb 1 drop syrup taiyar ho jaye to gas band kr denge
Uske bad ek bowl me maida lenge usme garam ghee dalenge or phir use milayege phir dahi dalenge or baking soda phir use dudh se milayege or aate ko thada hard rakhege use 15 min ke liye kapde se tak kr rkh denge.
15 min hone ke bad ek pan me oil halka garam krege or aate ke chote chote role banaye or usme bich me halke hatho se hole karege or use midium flame pr talenge or hale brown hone pe nikal kr use sugar syrup me dal denge or dono side se use syrup me deep krege or 5 min bad use 1 plate me nikal lenge
Or use pista se garnish krege hamari Balusahi taiyar
