                        Cholai ki bhaji-  1/2 kg achhi trh dhuli hui
                      Mung dal-  half katori  rat me fule huye
                       Pyaz-  1 barik kta hua
                       red mirch- 3se4 sabut kati huyi
                       Tomater - 1barik kta hua
                        Lhsun- 3se4 kaliya barik kti huyi
                        Red mirch powder - 1 teaspoon
                        Haldi powder - 1/4 teaspoon
                         Dhaniya powder - 1 teaspoon
                         Namk - swad anusar
                        Zeera - 1pinch
                         Rai - 1pinch
                         Oil -1  table spoon

Cholai ki Bhaji Banane ki Vidhi :

             Subse phle bhaji ko achi trh do kr rkhe  or uska pani niklne ke bad use barik kat le.

                        Phir use fry krne ke liye  ek pan le. Use gas pr rkhe usme 1 table spoon oil dale. Use low flam pr gram hone de. 

                       Jb oil hlka grm ho jye tb usme zeera or rai dale. Phir usme barik kte pyaz  dale . or use halke brown hone de . 

                      Jb pyaz halke brown ho jye tb usme lhsun barik kta hua or red mirch dale . phir use brown hone de.

                     Phir usme red mirch powder or haldi powder dale.

                    Thodi der hone de phir usme dhaniya powder dale. phir usme tamator dale or use achhi trh hone de.

              Phir usme fule huye mung dale  phir use 2se 3 min hone de. Phir usme barik kti huyi bhaji dale . use spoon se milaye or usme swad anusar namk dale. Or phir ek  plate se tak de.

               Or phir 15 min tk low flame pr  hone de. Uska pani puri trh dry hone  de . or gas band kr de. Bhaji ko ek bowl me nikal le or serve kre.

Note- bhaji ko gehu ke aate ki roti ya makke ki roti ke sath serve kre.
