Ab masale ko taiyar kre, mixer ke jar me kte huye pyaz dale lhsun ki kaliya ,Adrak or falli ke dane , or chala dal dale or piece ( grind) kr pest bna le.
Uske bad tamator ko grind kr le or pest bna le.
Ab ek pan me oil dale or use garm kre phir usme boil kiye huye kathal ko tale use halke brown hone de or nikal le.
Ab bache oil ko garam hone de usme sabse phle tej patta dale, dal chini or kali mirch ke dane dale or phir jeera or rai ka tdka lgaye,
phir usme pyaz ka pest dale or dhimi aanch pr hone de 10 min tk hlka brown hone tk pathaye,
Phir usme lal mirch powder, haldi , dhaniya powder or kashmiri lal mirchi powder dale or thoda sa half cup pani dale, use 3 min hone de uske bad usme tamoter ka pest dale jaise hi masala brown ho jaye usme tale huye kathal dale or phir swad anusar namk dale or mix kre or 5 min tk packne de uske bad usme garm masala dale, thodi der hone de phir usme 2 cup pani dale, 10 min tk pakaye or kathal ki sabji taiyar
Garnishing ke liye -
Phir use ek boil me nikale or hara dhaiya se garnish kre.
