  •                   Hari mirchi - 4 se 6
  •                   Pyaz - 1 barik kte huye
  •                   Aaloo -1 barik kte huye
  •                   Mungfalli dane - 1/2 tablespoon
  •                   Mithi neem ki patti
  •                   Jeera - 1/2 teaspoon
  •                   Rai - 1/2 teaspoon
  •                   Haldi powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  •                   Red mirch powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  •                   Namak - swad anusar
  •                   Oil - 1 tablespoon
  •  Pani - 2cup

Garnishing ke liye

  hara dhaniya barik kta hua

                     Barik fikhi sev

                     Spicy nukti 

                     Barik kte huye pyaz

                     Jeeravan masala - 1 pinch(optional)     

               Nimbuslice



Indori Poha Bnane Ki Vidhi


  Sabse phle hum poha ( mota poha use kre )ko  ek bowl me lenge or use pani

me bhiga kr rakhege 10 min tk, phir poha full jane pr extra pani nikal le.


        Uske bad hari mirch,  pyaz  or aaloo ko barik barik kat le (  barik kte huye pyaz se 1/4 kta hua pyaz alg nikal le).


        Ek pan me oil garm hone rakhe garm ho jane pr usme jeera or rai ka tadka lagaye.

       Uske bad usme barik kte huye aaloo or Mungfalli ke dane ko dale, or halke

brown hone de, gas ki aanch ko midium rakhe.


        Jaise hi aaloo halke brown ho jaye usme pyaz or hari mirch dale or use

brown hone de uske bad usme haldi  powder dale phir usme red mirch powder

dale (optional yadi spicy krna ho to) .


         Phir usme fulla hua poha dale or use mix kre phir usme namk dale swad anusar or sbhi ko mix kre usme hara dhaniya barik kta hua dal, poha taiyar . 


          Phir use garnish kre ek plate me poha nikale or usme  barik kta hua pyaz dale, phir usme nukti or sev se garnish kre, usme 1 pich Jeeravan powder dale, or use nibu slice ke sath serve kre.
