  •        Besan - 2 spoon
  •        Jeera  - 1/4 teaspoon
  •        Rai ke dane- 1/4 teaspoon
  •        Methi dane-  1/4  teaspoon
  •        Sabut  dhaniya dane- 1/4 teaspoon
  •        Haldi -1/2 teaspoon
  •        Dhaniya powder- 1/4 teaspooon
  •        Hari mirchi- 4
  •        Adrak-  1 chota tukda
  •        Lahsun- 4se 5 kali
  •        Mithi neem ki patti
  •        Namak- swad anusar
  •        Hara Dhaniya- garnishing ke liye
  •        Oil- 1  tablespoon


Kadi Bannane ki Vidhi


 Sabse phle hari mirchi , adarak ,lahsun,mithi neem ki pati, or thoda sa hara dhaniya mixer me grind kre pest bna le. Uske bad ek pan me oil garam hone rakhe or jeera, rai, methi ke dane or sukha khada dhaniya ka tadka lagaye, phir pest dale  or halka brown hone de jb tk ek bowl me chhachh le usme besan dale or achhe se mix kr le taki usme lumps na rhe phir jaise hi brown ho usme haldi or dhaniya powder  dale or phir Chhachh dale or usme neem ki pattior namk dale or use 5min tk km aanch pr hone de phir kadi taiyar or phir use hara dhaniya se garnish kre
